I've spent my entire career asking how audiences find stories, connect with them, and carry them forward — a question that's taken me from building global box office data networks to running a professional theatre company to producing immersive, technology-forward productions that reached national audiences. Most recently, I served as Managing Director of Nebraska Repertory Theatre and Director of Operations and Engagement at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I'm based in Omaha, and whatever the venue or format, I'm drawn to the same thing: helping an organization connect with the people it was built for.
